Question: "When a person has an incurable disease that is immediately life-threatening* and causes that person to experience great suffering, do you, or do you not think that competent doctors should be allowed by law to end the patient's life through mercy killing, if the patient has made a formal request in writing?" * Prior to 1995 the question did not state that the disease was immediately life-threatening. |

雖然不認同人數多小作道德價值判斷,而增加支持人數也不可代表mercy killing 在道德價值上的對確.
回覆刪除Under the circumstances, the macry killing is acceptable if the patient has the formal letter of requst macry killing. It seems that people would think the macry killing is moral than before. One of the reason is technology improvement, it let the people to change the value of life. more knowledge they know, they would be easier to accept macry killing. Coz they thought life and death can be controlled by themselves.
